Bean Sauce Ingredients

  1. Beans (white) 350 gr.
  2. Mustard 1 teaspoon
  3. Sugar 2 teaspoons
  4. Salt 2 teaspoons
  5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  6. Vegetable oil 150 gr.

Cooking Bean Sauce:

Step 1: Cook the beans.

Beans must be soaked overnight in cold water. And in the morning we set it to cook on medium heat until cooked (for about 1 hour) Do not forget to put a little salt. Then we drain the liquid from it and cool at room temperature.

Step 2: Cooking Bean Sauce.

Put the cooled beans in a blender and beat in mashed potatoes. Then add vegetable oil, mustard, salt, sugar and lemon juice. And beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 3: Serve Bean Sauce.

I decided to boil the dumplings with potatoes and pour them with the finished sauce. It turned out to be a merger. Enjoy your meal!

- - If you have very little time, you can buy canned beans and beat it with spices.

- - This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

- - The taste of the sauce can be transformed: add garlic, pine nuts, etc.
