Chocolate cake "Marquis"


Ingredients for making Marquis chocolate cake

Making Marquis chocolate cake:

Step 1: prepare the dough for the cakes.

Then add melted butter, kefir, flour mixture there and mix with a mixer for about 2 minutes. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. After time, take out the dough from the refrigerator and spoon in the soda with lemon juice. The consistency of the dough looks like a very thick sour cream.

Step 2: bake the cakes.

In total, we will have three cakes, so we divide the dough into three equal parts. Baking tray 20x30 cm covered with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil and pour one part of the dough. Flatten the surface of the dough with a wet spoon. Bake in a preheated oven up to 180 degrees about 20 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick: pierce the cake with a stick, if it remains dry, then the cake is ready. We lay the finished cake on a plate and likewise bake another 2 cakes.

Step 3: prepare the cream.

In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, water and granulated sugar with a spoon. In a bowl, mix the flour with cocoa in a spoon. Add the dry mixture to the pan over low heat. bring to a boil stirring constantly with a spoon. The resulting mass is left to cool to room temperature. Then, with a mixer, beat the prepared mass with softened butter in a lush cream.

Step 4: prepare the Marquis chocolate cake.

On a plate, we coat the cakes with cream, cut off the edges of the cakes, so that the cake is even. We decorate at will - you can sprinkle crushed scraps on the cream, garnish with coconut and chocolate petals. Put the cake in the refrigerator soak for at least for half an hour.

Step 5: serve the Marquis chocolate cake.

Recipe Tips:

- - The cakes are very tender, so let them cool on the baking paper before removing from it. You can also not remove the cakes from the paper, and when smearing with a cream, put them on the contrary, and only then remove the paper.
