Cooking a delicate cheese pie of 3 types of cheese:

If you have your own preferences in cheeses, then I advise you to choose more savory ones. So, take feta cheese and cut it into cubes. And we rub Russian cheese and parmesan on a coarse grater. In a saucepan, mix milk with flour and send to medium heat, bring to a boil, while constantly stirring. Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes), and then add the grated cheese, mix and wait until it is completely melted. Then remove the pan from the heat. In a bowl with a whisk, beat the eggs with cream, add salt and nutmeg, and then mix with the cheese mass.
Step 3: Bake a gentle cheese pie of 3 types of cheese.Set the oven to heat. 200 degrees. Pour the finished stuffing onto the dough into a mold and lay on top the pieces of feta cheese. We are going to bake in the oven 40 minutes.
