Mushroom salad with mayonnaise and leeks


We clean and wash the mushrooms.

Finely chop them and boil them for 10 minutes in water with a little salt.

We drain them very well. The leeks are washed and finely chopped.

Wash the peppers and cut them into small cubes.

We make homemade mayonnaise from a boiled yolk and a raw one + 150 ml of oil + 1 teaspoon of mustard.

In a large bowl, mix the mushrooms with mayonnaise, pepper and leeks, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
