Meatball soup

cleaned onion, carrot, celery

vegetables all washed

diced onion, carrot, celery and donut

put the vegetables in the pot with boiling water

in a separate bowl put the minced meat, rice, salt, pepper, parsley, egg and knead well by hand, until everything is homogeneous

from the resulting composition balls are formed in the palm and placed on a plate

when the vegetable soup boils, release it in the pot, one by one, to all the meat balls

leave on the fire approx. 15 minutes until the meatballs boil well

when it is almost ready, add the previously boiled borscht

add the pepper paste for color

turn off the heat, put the lid on and leave it warm.

You put a spoonful of sour cream on the plate!
