Making radish salad with green onions:
Step 1: Cooking RadishesWash the radish and cut it into thin circles.
Step 2: Cook the eggs.Place the eggs in a pan, fill with cold water, add a pinch of salt (so that they do not crack when cooking) and put on medium heat. Cook eggs for 10 minutes after boiling water. Chilled boiled eggs grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3: Cook the greens.Wash green onions and dill in cold water and chop finely.
Step 4: Cooking Radish Salad with Chives.Combine radish, dill and spring onions. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and put in a salad bowl. Garnish with boiled eggs on top of the salad. Enjoy your meal!
