Radish salad with chives


Ingredients for making radish salad with green onions

  1. radish 3 bunches
  2. eggs 2 pcs.
  3. sour cream 3/4 cup
  4. green onions 1 bunch
  5. dill 1 bunch
  6. salt to taste
  7. pepper to taste

pan, salad bowl, grater (large), tablespoon

Making radish salad with green onions:

Step 1: Cooking Radishes

Wash the radish and cut it into thin circles.

Step 2: Cook the eggs.

Place the eggs in a pan, fill with cold water, add a pinch of salt (so that they do not crack when cooking) and put on medium heat. Cook eggs for 10 minutes after boiling water. Chilled boiled eggs grate on a coarse grater.

Step 3: Cook the greens.

Wash green onions and dill in cold water and chop finely.

Step 4: Cooking Radish Salad with Chives.

Combine radish, dill and spring onions. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and put in a salad bowl. Garnish with boiled eggs on top of the salad. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - In salads with radishes, cucumber and green peas go well.

- - You can decorate the salad with eggs in a different way, cutting them into thin circles and also laying them on top.

- - You can add mint leaves or green lettuce to the salad, they will decorate it and add a touch of freshness to the taste of the salad.
