Pasta salad


Pasta Salad Ingredients

Ingredients for making pasta salad:

  1. pasta (you can use shells or bows) 300 gr
  2. black olives 50g
  3. celery stalk 3 pcs.
  4. parsley 1 bunch
  5. canned beans 350g
  6. 1 onion (medium onion)

For the sauce:

  1. red wine vinegar -1 tbsp taste
  2. olive oil 4 tbsp
  3. garlic 1 clove
  4. basil (dried) 1 tsp
  5. ground black pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Beans, Pasta
  • Serving 2 servings

Inventory:

pan (large, for cooking pasta), colander, bowl (for making sauce), whisk (for making sauce), salad bowl, board, knife, grater (small, for chopping onions), tablespoon

Cooking pasta salad:

Step 1: Cook the pasta.

Pour pasta into the pan. Add 1 tbsp. oils and salt to taste. Put on fire and bring water to a boil. Put the pasta in the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Throw pasta into a colander. Rinse them with cold water, then fold them back into a colander. When the water drains, transfer the pasta to the salad bowl.

Step 2: Prepare the sauce.

To make the sauce in a bowl, combine all the ingredients and beat with a whisk. Season the finished sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Pour pasta sauce in a salad bowl.

Step 3: Cooking the Beans.

Drain the beans and rinse them in cold water. Put in a colander, wait until the water drains from the beans. After that, add the beans to the pasta salad bowl.

Step 4: Cooking the pasta salad.

Cut the celery stalk into small slices. Cut olives into circles. Grate the onion on a fine grater. Add all the ingredients to the salad bowl, mix well. Cover the salad bowl and cool the salad. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on the salad before serving. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - You can serve salad as an appetizer or as an independent dish.

- - At will, instead of beans, you can use canned peas.

- - Also, unsweetened yogurt can serve as an additional salad dressing.
