Mushrooms with garlic and polenta

Wash the mushrooms well under running water, cut into large cubes and bring to a boil. Drain well and rinse with cold water.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the finely crushed garlic and mix for 1 minute, add the drained mushrooms and simmer with the lid on for a maximum of 10 minutes, over low heat, stirring occasionally. The mushrooms will leave their juice and when it drops, the fire stops. At the end, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with polenta.

Onions, carrots, cleaned, finely chopped (you can grate the carrot) will be put to harden in a Teflon pan with high walls, added to harden and rice washed (only a few seconds), putting warm water from time to time (to swell the rice), stirring continuously (until the liquid drops).

Sarmalute with mushrooms obtained, will be placed in a potty (preferably a clay pot ) circular, cast on top tomato juice mixed with thyme and oil (possibly added warm water to cover the sauerkraut at least 2 cm above ), let it boil on the stove flame about 30 minutes on low heat, then put the pot in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Sarmalute with mushrooms can be consumed with bread, but especially with polished, hot or cold.
