Hot pepper jam


First I washed the peppers, then I cut the slices. I did this with 2 pairs of surgical gloves, due to the speed.

In a pot I put the vinegar with the sugar and water, letting it boil for about 30 minutes, until the syrup is formed, but not more because I risk it hardening too much at the end.

Then I added cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, to taste, letting it boil for about 20-30 minutes.

I poured the composition into the already prepared jars and stored them in the pantry.

It's crazy.
