Cooking Ossetian pie "Saburani" with cottage cheese:
Step 1: Cooking the dough.Break eggs into a deep cup and pour the melted butter, whisk and gradually pour the flour. The dough should turn out pretty steep, so if necessary, the amount of flour can be reduced or increased. After that we leave it to stand for 30 minutes. After the dough has stood, divide it into 5 parts, 4 of the same size and 5 more. Then each part needs to be rolled into thin juices.

Step 3: Making the cake.Take a baking dish and grease with oil. We begin to collect the Saburani. We put in the form the first juicer, grease with oil and sprinkle with plenty of pre-grated cheese and cottage cheese. Then we impose the second layer, and it is also sprinkled with grated cheese and cottage cheese. We do the same with the third and fourth layer. We put the last fifth and largest layer on top and wrap the entire pie around the perimeter. We make incisions, because it is inconvenient to divide it hot. And again, sprinkle with cheese for beauty. Step 4: Roast We put the mold in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. For 15 minutes the cake is cooked with a convector, then e15 minutes with lower and upper heating at 180 degrees. It is advisable not to pull out the cake right away, but to let it dumb yet dumb time. So that is all.
