Step 1: Cook the vegetables.

Potatoes are cooked the fastest (20 minutes), then carrots (30-35 minutes) and only then beets (45-50 minutes, depending on size). Therefore, constantly check the readiness of vegetables with a fork. Hard boiled eggs as well. As soon as the vegetables are ready, they must be immersed for several seconds in cold water, so that the skin can be removed more easily. We do the same with eggs. After we have cleaned the vegetables and eggs, we proceed to prepare the salad.

Step 2: Cooking the Bride Salad.

We take a wide dish and grate coarsely boiled potatoes and salt with a grater. it first layer. Second layer coarsely cook boiled carrots, salt. Third layer - boiled beets, grated. Unforgettable salt. Take the leek and chop it very finely. Rub the peeled eggs onto a fine grater. Put the onion on top of the beets. Now pour abundantly with mayonnaise and carefully level it.
