Ingredients for Making Curd Mousse
- Cottage cheese (fresh, any fat content) 200-220 grams
- Strawberry (fresh) 300 grams

Cooking curd mousse:
Step 1: prepare the gelatin.Soak gelatin in a separate bowl. This is done like this: 12 grams (tablespoon) of gelatin is filled with 6 tablespoons of cold water for about 10-15 minutes. When gelatin absorbs all the water, put the dishes with it in a water bath and stirring constantly, waiting for it to completely dissolve. As soon as it dissolves, remove from the water bath and allow to cool slightly.
Step 2: prepare the cream curd.In a separate bowl, place fresh cottage cheese and with a mixer at medium, and then at maximum speed, we try to beat it until a lush and airy mass is formed. Beat the cream in a separate bowl along with vanilla sugar and icing sugar. Both that and another add to cream to taste.
Step 3: prepare the strawberries.Gently wash the strawberries under running water, separate from the stem and place in a blender. Turn into a homogeneous mass, if you want pieces of berries to be felt, then do not chop too much.
Step 4: mix the ingredients.Gently, constantly stirring, pour cream into the whipped curd. Again, mix the curd mass with a mixer. Then add the gelatin and finally, beat all this well.
Step 5: prepare the mousse.In cups, at 1/3 of the height, first spread the curd mousse. Then 1/2 of the remaining volume of the strawberry mass. and spread the cottage cheese mousse on top again. You should get about four servings. Stir the mousse cups in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 6: serve to the table.We take out the finished curd mousse from the refrigerator, decorate with mint leaves and strawberries and serve. Enjoy your meal!
