Delicious blackberry with berries


Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over low heat with butter and sugar. After it has melted, add eggs, one at a time, mixing well with each egg after each egg. The flour is mixed with baking soda and cocoa and added over the chocolate. Mix well, add the fruit, mix again, then put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, in a tray with baking paper (20x30 cm tray), for 30-40 minutes.

Fasting blackberry, with chocolate and berries

I think the simplest, tastiest and cheapest fasting dessert is black. In my case, and the easiest to mask :)))) Ela even told me the other day that & # 8220black & # 8221 is my specialty. :))))

But the friend in need knows himself, so I turned to Crock-Pot again, I already knew he was doing a good job and no supervision.

Thus, I quickly prepared the composition, some simple, inexpensive ingredients, I prepared the device and I ordered a wet, chocolate and tasty blackberry.

  • 2 cups rose syrup (diluted as for drinking)
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 4 tablespoons black cocoa
  • a peak. baking soda (quenched with lemon juice)
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 3 cups white flour
  • rum
  • for the glaze
  • 200 gr fasting chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons black cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • berries

We connect the Crock-Pot 4.7L to the socket. Select the high function for 30 minutes to heat the pot while we prepare the composition.

In a bowl, mix in order, the rose syrup, sugar and oil. Add cocoa and rum. Next, a pinch of baking soda, quench it with 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Mix the flour with the baking powder and incorporate it into the liquid composition. Homogenize, the composition should be slightly soft, but not liquid.

In the bowl of the appliance, place a baking paper, pour the blackberry composition, cover with a lid and select the high function, cooking time 2 hours.

I applied the following tip, to wipe the lid of steam formed, but after the cake was baked 1.30 min.

After finishing the program, disconnect the Crock-Pot appliance, remove the blackberry and leave it to cool on a kitchen grill.

Separately, put on the fire in a bowl, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, sugar and a tablespoon of oil, let it boil a little, add the fasting chocolate and let it melt, mix well.

I cut a round portion of blackberry, glazed it with chocolate and decorated it with berries.

It is a black woman with a wet top, not at all inaccurate and very delicious due to the icing.

If you want to use the traditional oven, it is advisable to bake it at 180% for about 50 minutes, possibly try it with a toothpick!

but I also tried it with strawberries once.

Most of the time I did it with nectarines and now I'm switching to cherries. Either way is great. Once I even turned it into a cake by putting a melon cream on top and dressing it in whipped cream.

If you want it to be even better, I'll give you some advice. Before eating it, sprinkle it with some semi-dry white wine. My friends and I discovered this secret one night in the city when I accidentally (or from too much drink) I ran my hand over the glass of wine and so I slightly black syrup. We all agreed that it is even better that way


Now, after so many stories, let's move on to the recipe. The quantities are for a large stove tray. In parentheses I will specify the quantities for a tray of 20 & # 21530. I did both.

In a pot with a thick bottom, melt over low heat 480 (320) gr of dark chocolate together with 360 (240) gr of butter. In order for the melting process to be done as quickly and without problems as possible, the chocolate must be crushed first. So is butter. The less I stay on the fire, the better. I usually put it on the fire for a few moments, then I pull the pot together and mix it in it and I put it on the fire again and so on, so that the pot doesn't heat up too much and the butter separates & # 8230

After the chocolate and butter have melted, add 480 (320) grams of sugar and mix well.

If the composition is hot, let it cool. Then add one by one 9 (6) eggs.

After the eggs have been incorporated, add 300 (200) g of flour mixed with 1 sachet and half (1 sachet) of baking powder.

And that's it! Put half of the composition in a pan greased with butter and lined with flour and then add the fruit. In this case, cherries. If you put bananas, don't forget to sprinkle the banana pieces with lemon juice before they oxidize.

Then add the rest of the composition and fruit if you have any left.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. I never open the oven door until then. If you still want to turn the tray over or look at it better before it is ready, do not open the door earlier than the first 25 minutes.

To see if it's ready, you can also do the toothpick test. I usually take the tray out of the oven and leave it covered with kitchen towels for a while. Powder with sugar and cut into pieces of different sizes. When I make it for your house, the bigger pieces. When I do it for orders, cut it into 3X3 squares or so

It is worth trying this recipe because it is very good and easy to make. Plus the taste is much better because of the chocolate and the cake is less bland because of the fruit

Because I hate the word decadent, I will not use it in characterizing this cake :). Negresa is a cake with a lot of chocolate, cocoa and butter, the kind of cake from which you can't eat half a tray as we would like, for the simple reason that it is very consistent. The recipe is about the same for all blackberries, the idea is to use quality chocolate because it greatly influences the taste of the cake. Because I don't like very sweet cakes, the combination with cottage cheese and berries seemed ideal to me, so I put it into practice in the recipe below, and I can honestly write that it turned out to be a & # 8222 goodness & # 8221 of cake :). You should know that it is very easy and fast, the only downside is that it is a bit expensive (for my pocket).

Ingredients (we use for measuring a 250ml cup):

  • 170g butter
  • 200g chocolate (I used 75% cocoa)
  • 100g flour
  • 20g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs husband
  • 1 cup sugar (I put about 3/4)
  • a pinch of salt

For cheese and berry filling:

  • 450g of cow's cheese at least 25% fat (of course Philadelphia would be the best but it costs a lot :))
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (any sour cream)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 60g old
  • 2 eggs husband
  • 170g berries (I used frozen)

1. Preheat the oven to 180g C. Use a 28x20cm tray.

2. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave. Flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder are mixed in a bowl. Mix the eggs with the sugar until it melts then alternately add the melted butter with chocolate and the flour mixture. Mix at low speed until incorporated.

3. Put the cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream and vanilla in a bowl and mix.

Put the berries in half of the cheese composition and mix lightly.

4. We use a 28x20cm tray in which we place baking paper.

Pour 1/2 of the chocolate mixture, then 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Pour the other half of the mixture with chocolate, spread it nicely with a spoon because it is a little harder then put the cheese mixture with berries.

Bake at 180g C for 60min. If it browns too much you can put an aluminum foil on top.

Let it cool well and cut square slices (not very large) with a sharp knife.
