Making caper sauce:

Step 1: prepare the capers.

Wash fresh capers well under running water and chop finely and finely on a cutting board with a knife. I want to note that the finer you chop them the better for the dish, so do not be lazy but carefully chop them. You can use a blender, but he will grind them into porridge, and we need small pieces.

Step 2: prepare parsley, garlic and lemon.
