Tiramisu Cupcakes


Ingredients for Making Tiramisu Cupcakes

For cupcakes:

  1. Flour (premium wheat) 200 gr.
  2. Sugar 200 gr.
  3. Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
  4. Egg yolks 3 pcs.
  5. Baking powder for the tip of a teaspoon
  6. Pinch of salt

For impregnation:

  1. Coffee (ground) 2 teaspoons
  2. Liqueur (aromatic, can be coffee) 60 ml.
  3. Sugar 1 tablespoon

For cream:

  1. Cream (33%) 250 ml.
  2. Mascarpone cheese 250 gr.
  3. Powdered Sugar 100 gr.
  4. Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Making Tiramisu Cupcakes:

Step 1: Cooking Cupcakes.

Sift wheat flour into a bowl with a sieve, add baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour milk into a saucepan and set it on a fire to heat, bring to a boil, turn it off, add butter and stir until it dissolves. Cover and set aside. In another bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, and sugar with a mixer. We put a bowl in a water bath and continue to whisk with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved (about 6 minutes). After we remove the bowl from the water bath and continue to beat with a mixer until a homogeneous, airy mass is obtained. Gradually add flour and knead. Now take 4 tablespoons of dough and add them to the milk-butter mixture, mix and pour back into the remaining dough. Set the oven to heat up 160 degrees. Grease cupcake tins with butter (or margarine), sprinkle lightly with flour, and pour dough into them. Put bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the impregnation and cream.

While the muffins are baked, we will prepare the cream and soak. For impregnation we brew very strong coffee (about 2 teaspoons of coffee 150 ml of boiling water). Mix it with sugar and liquor. For the cream, grind the mascorpone cheese with powdered sugar using a fork. Beat the cream with a mixer until foamy, and combine them with the cheese mass.

Step 3: Cooking Tiramisu Cupcakes.

We take the finished muffins out of the oven and cool. After that, soak them with coffee and liquor syrup. Using a pastry syringe, spread the cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Step 4: Serve Tiramisu Cupcakes.

Tiramisu cupcakes are ready. Brew aromatic coffee and call the household to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Forms for cupcakes can be covered with paper molds.

- - If you don’t have a confectionery syringe, you can put the cream in a plastic bag, cut the tip and so decorate the cupcakes.

- - You can use any liquor for impregnation, or you can not add it at all. The taste does not change much.
